Is a beautiful shop, but is very crowded. That detail and the long wait times makes the experience much less enjoyable when you are going to buy something of high quality or out of admiration and not because you have lots of money to spare. And there is not much to do while waiting but watching other customers like you. Still their products are very good.

Really unfriendly service with extremely stuck up employees, who can't even greet you and say hello when you don't look like you sh*t money. They act like they rule the world when in fact they only are sales people. Two stars only for the extremely friendly doorman.

I entered the store on a Saturday afternoon. I knew what I wanted and did not have to browse around. It was busy in the store, so I was put on a waiting list and was told the wait would take about half an hour. You are not allowed to leave the store at that point, or you will loose your place in the queue. So I took a seat a kept myself busy on my phone. However, more than 50 minutes later my eyes cross with the sales person who assisted me when I entered the store. She instantly got that look on her face that says \are you still here?\. At the same time she is directed by the manager of the waiting list to another customer on which the girl pointed out I was still there. Thankfully she did so, because all of the sudden I was helped. You could think this was bad, but the worst was yet to come. When I stop this manager in her tracks and ask her if she is the store manager she first of all never replies with a \yes\ or o\. The only thing she does is going in absolute defense and trying to reassure me it was only my turn now and that she did not forget me. Well, according to the circumstances there is reason of doubt that this is true, and with certainty it was very clear a few minutes before she had forgotten about me and was directing the sales person to somebody else. It is only because of the sales person that I was no longer waiting now and being helped, not because of the manager (yes or no). Antwerp is my hometown. It is not the first I purchased something at Louis Vuitton, but it was the first time in this store. Next Monday I returned my item to the store and asked for a full refund which I got.
