Very few people in the summer vacation
A learning center of the Catholic university of Leuven. During the exam period to get a place in the complete silent room you really have to wake early and wait in lines. Student love this place because it opens from 8am and closes 12am. Nearly all the day of the year
Would be a great place to study, but students often leave their belongings for hours and occupy seats without being there to ensure they'll have a spot whenever they choose to return. Otherwise, yes, this building serves its purpose as a quiet place with resources to study.
Opening hours are the best for studying. It is quite calm and located in the center. Don't forget to visit Pangea with the mug to get free coffee

Nice place for studying, group meeting rooms well equipped, even has a garden where you can sit outside and study. Also, helpful people at the desk
