withoutwarning our communciaion towards the client applied this moving company internal procedures impacting the client, the client had to pay 60% more than the agreed price and the moving company did break one window of the cupboard,, without any compensation

Horrible experience with this Company. On the first meeting, they were 40 min late. I called the office 3 times and they couldnt put me through with the responsible one, also no call from them to tell me they would be \a litle bit late\. After payment, no service at al. They dont reply on my emails, until i call them. Now even worse. My goods should have been delivered yesterday in Spain, of course no update and no delivery. Tried to call them to see when they will deliver, no news. Horrible service.

Hoger/lager camion besteld, de verhuizers kwamen met een ladderlift aan. Daardoor verliep alles trager dan gepland en moest ik overuren betalen terwijl dit hun fout was. Nooit nog een verhuis met deze firma.

Spijtig genoeg heb ik een slechte ervaring met deze verhuisfirma, de chauffeur was super arrogant en was alleen maar uit om alles maar in tijd te laten rekken om de factuur te laten oplopen wat hem gelukt is. Hij belde ook met een leugen naar bedrijf om te zeggen dat de goederenlift defect was, ik heb dit moeten rechtzetten, op service geef ik de firma 1 en op prijs idem dito, lijkt voordelig, is het niet

Dankzij “De Vic” hebben we de service-flat van een overleden dierbare zeer snel & efficiënt kunnen leegmaken , de mannen met de nodige Antwerpse humor maakten het luchtig maar met de nodige voorzichtigheid voor de meubels. Ik ben hen zeer dankbaar voor de snelle correcte service!
