I came here for a dress last year and was informed that I cannot get my dream dress for a budget under 3000 euros and was shown about 5 dresses of which I liked 1. The variety of dresses is extremely limited compared to other wedding dress stores in Belgium. The sales technique is very aggressive and you feel pressurized into taking jewelry and underwear that you most probably don't want or need. The measurements that they took were incorrect which meant that they wanted to order a much bigger dress. I was also informed a few days after I ordered my dress in champagne pink that they cannot provide the dress in that colour anymore and that I should take the ivory!! I did not want an ivory dress!! This caused me a lot of stress for days! Later I was informed that they could finally provide the dress in champagne pink, but that the dress is discontinued (I was informed that the dress was part of Ladybirds' latest collection)! In the end I lost a 500 euro deposit as I found a MUCH better dress for a MUCH better price and excellent service at another bridal store (in Ghent), but it was well worth it as at least now I will feel special and like a bride on my wedding day!

Zoals in andere reviews al aangehaald werd, gebruiken ze zeer agressieve verkooptechnieken: pushen om toch die juwelen, lingerie, schoenen etc bij te kopen - aan veel te hoge prijzen. Ook werd er bij iedereen gepusht dat ze 'toch echt wel beter rushtarief zouden nemen om zeker te zijn dat hun kleed er op tijd was' - ook al was het feest nog maanden en maanden ver weg. Het schuldgevoel aanpraten is zeer herkenbaar, zag ik bij nog een paar klanten gebeuren, idem met de niet helemaal correcte maten die toch gepusht werden omdat een andere maat waarschijnlijk niet kon / niet beschikbaar was. Ik heb veel complimenten gekregen over mijn suitekleed (dat uiteindelijk toch niet helemaal de juiste maat was; je wordt niet aangemoedigd om eens rond te stappen, eens te gaan zitten etc.) maar voel mij bijzonder slecht over de prijs die ik ervoor betaald heb en hoe ze hun klanten daar behandelen. Heel jammer, ik keer hier niet meer terug en raad vriendinnen af hier te gaan. Ik hield er alleszins een slecht gevoel aan over.

Kleine shop met onwaarschijnlijk veel bruidsmode. We vonden er meteen wat we zochten!
